How to purchase an original painting or a print?

Please send me an email at art@ irinataneva.com with the chosen original painting’s name, or if you would like to request a limited edition print. I will send you a link for the payment, and will dispatch it to you within 2 to 7 days via Signed 1st class service.

What is a Limited Edition Print?

When a print is a limited edition, it is one of only a limited number of copies produced, and once these have sold out there won’t be any more available. The edition number is placed in the bottom left hand corner of the print and the artist signs the print in the bottom right hand corner.

Do you offer packaging and gift wrapping?

Your original artwork will be packaged and posted to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

I offer gift wrapping and packaging for all kinds of special occasions like birthdays, new home owners, babies and anniversaries by request. Message me your choice before you order and I’ll make a beautiful gift wrap with matching ribbon and a bow.

Is all your artwork hand painted?

YES, all original paintings I sell are personally hand painted by me! I sell original and one of a kind paintings. I print limited editions of some of my original paintings as well as prints by request in different sizes.

What materials do you use?

I only paint with fine art materials (i.e. not craft or student grade paint). Fine art paint is very expensive, has museum archival quality and will not fade or discolour for many decades if not hundreds of years. Fine art paint colour is brighter and more saturated making it really pop off the canvas and pleasing to the eye and bringing life to the painting’s subject.

Do you issue a Certificate of Authenticity?

All of my original artworks come accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

How will my artwork be shipped?

Your original painting will be packed and shipped within 3 days after the payment is received, via Signed 1st class service with Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce couriers. Your signature will be required to receive the painting.

Please allow 7 working days for printed artwork to be shipped after the payment is received, due to the extra time needed for printing. The print will be shipped to you via Signed 1st class service with Royal Mail.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Original paintings are shipped to UK customers only for now. Prints can be shipped worldwide.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, I gladly accept returns or exchanges on original paintings only. Upon receiving your order, you have 2 days to contact me for a refund minus shipping costs.

The original painting has to be received in a perfect condition and without any defects within 14 days of delivery, for you to be issued a refund. You have to dispatch the painting back in the original packaging you have received, via Signed 1st class service with a courier or Royal mail.

You should expect the funds back within 5 working days of receiving the shipment of the original painting.

Customised orders, prints, and digital products are non-refundable.

What is the process to commission a painting?

If you would like me to create really special bespoke artwork for you, please send me an email at art@irinataneva.com and describe which painting composition and theme you would like to have in your home or office, or to give to someone, in what size and colour scheme.

Bear in mind that the painting will vary in colour and composition, brush and knife strokes, etc. It’s the differences that make your painting unique, special and give each piece its own character!

Timescales: Once I start work on your piece, I allow 1-3 weeks for completion of a painting

Payments: 50% deposit before I start painting, 50% on completion via a link or PayPal.

 

 

LESSONS, CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS

How can I book a private lesson, group class or a workshop space?

Bookings for individual lessons and group classes, private workshops and corporate team building workshops, in-person or online, can be made by emailing me at art@ irinataneva.com directly, or if there is a link for a payment provided.

The person, who makes the booking for a private or a corporate team building workshop, is responsible to communicate with all participants, organise their attendance, accepts these Terms and Conditions on their behalf, and is responsible for the payment.

What are the prices?

The prices for individual private lessons, group classes, and bundles can be found on the page of Art Classes on the website https://irinataneva.com/art-classes. These prices might be changed regularly and without notice, so please check on the page before booking.

The prices for private workshops and corporate team building workshops are negotiated on an individual basis depending on the venue and the number of the participants. The price is determined for a minimum of 10 participants in a workshop. Workshops for less than 10 participants will be organised, but a flat price for 10 participants will be charged. Should you wish to add on any additional participants to the workshop after the invoice has been paid, the cost will be the same price per head as the original booking. The duration of private workshops and corporate team buildings is 2 hours, unless negotiated and paid in advance for a longer session.

How can I pay?

 You need to make a full payment in advance to secure your booking for all individual lessons, group classes, private and corporate workshops.

You can do direct bank transfer, or pay via provided direct bank payment link, or PayPal link, so you can safely make your payment. Payments over the phone are not accepted.

Are there any materials provided?

All basic materials needed for each private lesson, group class or workshop are provided. They depend on the theme and the chosen medium for the specific lesson or workshop. This includes in most cases brushes, paper or canvas, pencils, rubbers, paints, tissue napkins, pallets, aprons, etc. Some workshops could include other materials, depending on the theme and the technique planned.

How can I cancel or reschedule an individual booking?

By emailing me 48 hours in advance. Your place in a private individual or a group class lesson is reserved just for you. A late cancellation, or a missed lesson, leaves an empty place that could have been filled by another student. Students that provide less than 48 hrs notice, or miss their class, will not be refunded, and their lesson will not be rescheduled.

Bundle purchases are not refundable. Booked classes can be rescheduled if requested at least 48 hrs prior the class, if any dates and places are available, and within the length of the purchased bundle (bundle for 1 month or bundle for 3 months).

How can I cancel or reschedule a private workshop or corporate team building workshop?

If you need to cancel your private workshop or corporate team building workshop, please email me as soon as possible. Unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund, but I will try my best to rearrange your workshop to a different date, however a rescheduling fee will apply.

If the number of people attending the private or the corporate team building workshop decreases after payment has been made, unfortunately I cannot offer refunds for those unable to attend.

What if my lesson or workshop is cancelled by the artist?

On very unlikely or unpredictable occasions I may need to cancel a lesson, group class or a workshop, due to unexpected circumstances. In that case, I will offer to transfer the booking for another date or a full refund.

Why are there different prices?

I offer different lessons, classes and workshops based on different themes, skill levels, techniques, types of length and experiences, etc., therefore there are different price ranges.
